Return policy
There is a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your ceramics to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. If the product is damaged, send clear photos within 3 days after receiving it. If the product is still in stock you are eligible to receive a replacement, if not you will receive a voucher.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will get a notification once your return is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your debit or credit card company to process and post the refund.
